Nos dispositions contre le coronavirus

23 March 2020

Dear customer,

The Covid19 pandemic currently affecting our country is having a major impact on our daily lives, and has prompted us to take the necessary steps to protect our customers and employees, while ensuring the continuity of our services, which the government has reiterated are essential (public utility service).

  • In order to limit your travel in this context of confinement, we invite you to use our BNI-NET remote banking services. With BNI-NET, you can check your account at any time, in real time; initiate transfers from the comfort of your home; or easily contact your customer advisor via the application’s messaging system. So many easy gestures to protect us all!
  • Our ATMs are also available 24/7 for your cash withdrawal needs or for checking on your account balance. And to protect yourself against the coronavirus, don’t forget to wash your hands after handling banknotes.
  • Transfer money between your BNI and MVola account and visit a cash point nearby.
  • To meet your more specific and urgent needs, our 93 branches remain open to welcome you. Your health and safety is our top priority, so we set up a temperature check at the entrance to our branches and a filter at the entrances to avoid any grouping and ensure a distance of at least one meter. If you cough, remember to do it on your elbow.
  • Stay tuned to our website www.bni.mg to stay informed of the latest developments, which we are constantly adapting in line with the rapidly changing environment and Malagasy government directives.
  • If you have any questions about your bank, call us on 22 390 60, or write to us on our social networks Facebook and Linkedin.

BNI MADAGASCAR, your bank, remains more than ever mobilized at your side to accompany you and be assured of the full determination of our employees to bring you the best quality of service in this exceptional context where the protection of our health to all remains the highest priority.

Thank you for your loyalty. Take care of yourself and your loved ones in these difficult times.

The General Management of BNI MADAGASCAR
